SONEX® Panels and Baffles Absorb Noise in Industrial Environments.
SONEX® Panels and Baffles reduce overall noise and control reverberation in factories, processing plants and other industrial locations. The panels, which trap and dissipate sound waves, are effective in helping to meet OSHA requirements. A quieter work environment reduces fatigue and stress caused by excessive noise and prevents lost time due to accidents and low productivity. SONEX® Panels are easily mounted on walls, partitions or ceilings with an appropriate construction adhesive and can be cut to fit around obstacles. SONEX Baffles, designed to hand from ceilings, are available with nylon webbing straps or metal eye hooks for easy installation. SONEX Panels and Baffles are available in various thickness and finishes, such as Hypalon®, for easy cleaning. They are available in willtec®, illbruck’s proprietary foam, which is Class 1 fire-rated (ASTM E84) for low smoke production and flames spread, or in polyurethane for applications that do not a require low flammability.
