Panogen enclosures are rugged, cost effective buildings that can be designed to suit any environment. These enclosures are used in applications such as regulator housings, chlorination enclosures, generator enclosures, and many more. The Panogen building design is ideal for adding masonry, windows, doors and other commercially required accessories. Complete engineered drawings, calculations, and certification can be included with your enclosure. Panogen enclosures can be supplied in customer specified sizes and larger buildings can be shipped “knockdown” to aid with logistics and costs. Panogen enclosures offer multiple exteriors to fit into any environment or meet strict covenants of municipalities.
Construction
Exterior Panels: The Exterior panels and trim are heavy commercial 26 gauge high tensile steel (to ASTM A792 Grade E, 80,000 minimum yield – 82,000 minimum tensile specifications), our ribbed panels are easy to install, sturdy, and weather tight. Resistant to dents, plus minimal expansion/contraction properties make this steel panel an excellent investment providing lasting protection and greater durability that will enhance all types of structural designs.
Interior Panels: Panogen industries offers a wide range of interiors to suit the customer requirement in a variety of styles and colors.
Protection: First each panel is coated with Galvalume®, a patented aluminum – zinc alloy coating for extra protection. Panels are then bonderized and an epoxy primer is applied. Epoxy primer supplies flexibility and provides an excellent base for the final coat. Ceram-A-Sil®, ceramic pigmented silicone polyester, supplies strength, hardness and durability against the effects of sun, wind, rain, heat and cold. It is extremely resistant to mildew, blistering, peeling or flaking. Finishes are available in many attractive colors as well as standing seam, UL 90 Roofs, and Kynar.
